👨‍🍳💚 MEET THE TEAM – SAY HELLO TO RHYS! 💚👨‍🍳

Today we’re introducing one of our chefs here at The Park Gate – Rhys! 🍽️

Rhys is no stranger to the Marston’s family, having worked in a few Marston’s pubs before spending around six months at The Queensway. He’s now joined us here at The Park Gate, bringing his experience and skills into our kitchen! 👨‍🍳

Now, we know what you’re thinking… Rhys might not always look like the happiest person in the kitchen! 😂 But don’t let that serious face fool you – deep down, he genuinely loves what he does (even if getting him to admit it might take some convincing!). 🤣

Behind that serious expression is a hardworking chef who takes pride in his job and plays an important part in keeping our kitchen running.

We’re really pleased to have Rhys as part of Team Park Gate, and we’re looking forward to seeing him continue to grow with us! 💚

So next time you’re enjoying a lovely meal at The Park Gate, remember there’s a good chance Rhys has been busy behind the scenes helping prepare it!

👏 Give Rhys a warm welcome to the team!

We’re delighted to have him as part of Team Park Gate, and we can’t wait to see his confidence and skills grow! 🙌

So next time you’re popping in for a drink, make sure you say hello and give Sam a warm Park Gate welcome! 🍻👏

💬 NOW WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! 👇

🍺 Can you remember your very first job? What was it, and did you love it or hate it? 😂

We’d love to hear your stories! Drop your first job in the comments and let’s see who’s had the most unusual one! 👀👇

🍻 MEET THE MANAGER – JONATHAN! 🍻

Some of you may already recognise a familiar face behind the bar at The Park Gate! 👋

With 22 years of experience in the pub industry, Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and dedication to his role.

Having spent 10 fantastic years at The Queensway, Jonathan has built some wonderful relationships and made plenty of memories along the way.

And for those with a good memory, this isn’t Jonathan’s first time at The Park Gate! Many moons ago, he worked here for Lol and Dave, so it’s lovely to see him returning to familiar surroundings – this time as Manager! 🍺

Jonathan is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Whether you’re popping in for a quick pint, enjoying a meal or catching up with friends, he’ll always be happy to welcome you.

If you have any questions, queries or just fancy a friendly chat, please don’t hesitate to say hello! He’s always happy to help and loves getting to know the customers.
