Your time, efforts and the support you have shown for our brand new venue is so appreciated. A lovely bunch of guys and such an amazing band to watch !

Just to let you know, I won’t be at The Chester Tavern tomorrow but I’m leaving you in the safe hands of Dan Smith, the other half of Funny Firm.

I’m gutted as this will be my first night off.

I’m going in for a detached retina operation, so I’ll be out of action for a bit. But I will be back on form with tales of Hong Kong and eye operations.

Have a brilliant time.

You’ll have fun with Dan, and if you’re lucky he’ll burst into song at some point 🙂

Here’s our stellar line-up for the month of June… 🥳🥳

We welcome punk rock icon Charlie Harper on the 12th, legendary UK hip hop DJ Mr Thing on 27th and we celebrate the alternative nights of the 90s, courtesy of Sonic Zoo, on 13th. 🙌
We also host our regular Comedy, Folk, Songwriter and Open Mic nights along with a lovingly selected, genre spanning array of acts performing in the bar every Thursday evening and Sunday afternoon. ❤️
