Head Chef position available at country inn 👨‍🍳

We’re looking for the right candidate to oversee daily operations of our growing pub, restaurant and hotel. We are looking for someone who can ensure food safety standards are maintained, stocks are managed and someone who is enthusiastic about developing dishes and growing clientele.

Offering a four/five day week @ £17ph plus additional tips. Weekly pay and an opportunity to make the kitchen your own and develop skills within the role. Training can be provided to the right candidate.

Experience within a busy kitchen or restaurant environment
Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving protocols, and customer service standards. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.
