It’s going to be one of those weeks.

The fridges will be working overtime, the air conditioning is on, and the drinks will be cold.

If you need somewhere to escape the heat for a pint, a glass of wine, a cocktail, or just something soft and chilled, there’s a cool seat waiting.

Open as usual in Hitchin.

Singer-songwriter Róisín McNeill comes from a rich tradition of storytelling and roots-inspired songwriting. Previously featured in Under The Apple Tree sessions with Bob Harris, and on BBC Radio 2’s Dermot O’Leary Show, her songs are tender, quietly powerful, and steeped in Americana influences. Inspired by artists such as Iris DeMent, Jason Isbell and Lori McKenna, this show marks a month before the release of her debut EP in June.
