So that’s a wrap on VICFEST 2026 🙌🏽 Three days of music, sunshine, food, dancing and of course… plenty of booze 🍻☀️

A huge thank you to everyone that came down, supported it, donated to our charities and enjoyed themselves across the weekend. And of course to all of our incredible performers who absolutely smashed it from start to finish 🙏

A massive shout out as well to the whole VIC team… setting up, working behind the bars, in the kitchen, by the hatch, serving food, collecting glasses, helping to clear up and running around all weekend in the bank holiday heat 🔥 It was HOT HOT HOT… but you absolutely smashed it. We genuinely couldn’t do it without you ❤️🙌🏽

The were amazing, they brought the energy and definitely got the crowd involved.

RIGHT… onto the 3rd and final day.

Well… that was fun 🍻☀️🔥
What a perfect first day of VICFEST… sunshine, cold pints, burgers, pizzas, dancing, singing and a garden absolutely full of good people enjoying themselves in our little corner of Hitchin 🙌🏽

A huge thank you to everyone that joined us, and for bringing the tunes all afternoon, for closing day one on a high, and of course our incredible team working flat out behind the scenes (in that heat)… honestly, what would we do without you ❤️

DAY TWO is nearly GO…

Unfortunately we’ve had a last minute cancellation from Artificial Monkeys due to sickness… BUT fear not, the brilliant are stepping in to close Sunday night 🔥 Expect high energy and big fun. Pop ballads and classics turned into punk rock fun… singalongs, loads of energy and the perfect way to finish a bank holiday Sunday. 🙌🏽

VICFEST has always been about great booze, music and people… but one thing we’ve always tried to do alongside the madness is give something back, whether that’s to the local community or charities close to our hearts.

This year we’ll be supporting Yes to Life , a cancer charity that Vic really admired, alongside Stand-by-Me , who provide bereavement support for children. Both causes mean a huge amount to us here at The Vic, so we really want to raise as much as we can across the weekend.

You’ll spot a Stand-by-Me donation machine around the bars, working just like a card payment terminal, and Yes to Life will also have QR codes available to scan and donate directly. We’ll also be making a donation from VICFEST as a whole.

So while you’re enjoying the music, food, beers and good times over the weekend… if you can chuck a little something in, we’d massively appreciate it ❤️

Prep for VICFEST this weekend is well underway… and it’s officially all hands on deck getting ready for 3 days of music, beer garden chaos, good food and hopefully a lot of sunshine ☀️🍻

The BOOZE BARN returns this weekend and we’re stacking it out with plenty of options… expect 👇

🍺 San Miguel
🍺 Mad Squirrel Big Sea + Citrik (GF)
🍎 Stowford Press + a range of traditional ciders
🍹 Slushies including Aperol, Limoncello & Mojitos
🍻 4 guest ales including:
• Chiltern Brewery - Chalk Stream
• Oakham - Shakedown
• Nethergate - Big Sesh
• Wolf Brewery - It’s A Peach

Plus spritzes, vodka, gin, spiced rum and of course… plenty of Aperol flowing all weekend 🍊

Food all weekend will be from and 🍔🍕
We’ll have a slightly reduced VICFEST menu running to help keep up with demand… but trust us, you’ll still be very well fed while keeping the pints flowing 🍺🔥
