Another great evening of wine tasters, cheese and nibbles. Thanks to everyone who came on a hot Wednesday evening (so appreciating our air-con this past week or so!)
Reds tasted were False Bay Syrah, Chateau Dallau Bordeaux, and Flori Aráldica Barolo, while whites were Adobe Reserva Sauv B, La Battinista Gavi, and Séguinot Chablis.

Next wine tasting quiz/game/challenge open for bookings! Wednesday 27 May, 7pm onwards.
Choose a red or white flight. Cheese and other nibbles provided. £20 per person.

Preparing for a busy one tonight, with wine group (nicknamed The Plonkers), who are trying our informal tasting game. We've chosen 3 reds and 3 whites for them, along with some cheese, meats and nibbles.
Hoping to do a public one towards the end of May, so if you fancy coming along, let us know. Other groups welcome (minimum numbers may be required).

New in and available by the glass, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris from the Heaphy winery on the South Island of New Zealand. We also stock their Rieslings and Sauvignon Blanc.

Don't Tell Gary is a very popular red here, and now we're stocking its sibling, a recently introduced Chardonnay. We're yet to try it but there's a bottle chilling and we'll let you know!
