POP UP KITCHEN NEWS:. Thank you everyone who came over the weekend to Ren's Kitchen-Caribbean KitchenTakeover!

WEDNESDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER (ie. MY BIRTHDAY) we have a newcomer to The Barn Door,..AL BONDIGAS .im soooo looking forward to tasty meatballs ...watch this space as it could become a habit!! Can't wait for Phil and Felix to get here on Wednesday !!

Anyone know of anyone else who'd like the opportunity of a pop up..simply reach out !? ..we got Caribbean covered ..Colombian on the go ...let's BRING IT ...no qualifications needed ..just passion and spirit and great food !!

Today's the day we say a fond farewell to our wonderful Jack, barman extraordinare to The Barn since start up back in February 2025!

So come around to the Barn any time from 4pm today to say your goodbyes to our Wonder Boy !

We've had so many laughs and giggles along the way, from Comic Relief to Paddy's Day, being The Littlest Leprechaun 🍀 to that unforgettable outfit on Halloween...He played a blinder as Robin to Adam's Batman ! And of course singing Taylor Swifts Love Story with the one and only Gloria Love on his 21st Birthday celebrating with the Boys.

We'll miss him like crazy...he'll, of course, miss the late night close, and the stern Belfast voice of our alarm system !!

What a weekend ! Thank you to all who came to have fun, bring laughter, be entertained and fed!

Gloria Love started the proceedings with an amazing performance and a special Dolly Tribute, Danny bringing the Karaoke 🎤 in his own formidable way on Friday, Saturday and Bank Holiday Monday , then we had Nathan Carroll rockin The Barn Door, after all enjoyed their Sunday Roast of Chicken, Beef and Lamb! Yesterday we had a Renoll Webb KITCHEN TAKE OVER and WOWZA he didn't disappoint and plans to arrange a more regular visit is in the pipeline - watch this space for POP UPS !

Y'all !!!! The Barn was treated to the most impromptu performance yesterday evening at our Sunday Night Live Night. . all the way from Austin, Texas! Give these guys a follow on their UK tour Cast Iron Shoes on FB and on Instagram A massive thank you Daniel Iverson for introducing this talented pair to The Barn Door, I'm assured they'll be back ..
