We're really looking forward to Sunday and the next of our 1st Sunday Jazz sessions! This month we have the accomplished trio of Lincoln Noel on piano, Russell Swift on double bass and Clark Tracey on the drums.
All three have an outstanding history in jazz and live music, playing with many well known names. We know you're going to enjoy every minute of it. They're playing LIVE at the Coffee Barn, Buckminster (near to the church, use NG33 5RT in your Sat Nav) from 4pm on Sunday 7 June!

This guy has the right idea! He made a bee- line to the Coffee Barn yesterday (yes, we'll bee open on Mondays as well now for the duration of the Summer!).
There's no bee-tter place to bee than our cosy cafe with the bee-st views around! We are buzzing with excitement, and working like busy bees, to serve you the finest coffee, and sweet treats that will sting your taste buds with joy!
So buzz along this week, pollen up a chair, we know you'll hive a good time and leave with a honey smile on your face!
Enough of the puns! Buzz a friend now, join the swarm heading to the Coffee Barn! We're by the church in Buckminster, no excuses!

More exciting news from the Coffee Barn! You asked, we listened! For the duration of the Summer we're opening on Mondays! So we're open now every day from 10am!

We can't cope with this any more!!! It's simply gotten too much! Yes, we love the fact it's summer, lazy, hazy, crazy and all that but summer without ice cream simply isn't ... well ... summer!
So from today we now sell delicious real dairy ice cream from local producer Ferneley's! You'll need to be quick though! Simply on the basis that we couldn't possibly sell something we don't find amazing ourselves .... well, we're getting through them! We're open from 10am until late ... hurry!

Our lovely friend Joel has arranged an exhibition of sculpture, paintings and artwork by herself and other local artists in Buckminster this weekend. It's taking place in her studio at 7 Buckminster Yard from 11am until 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Why not go along?
We're keen to support local businesses that work with others and are only too pleased to encourage you to visit Joel this weekend! As a thank you, we'll give a complimentary hot or cold drink to anyone purchasing a cake or menu item at the Coffee Barn this weekend - simply bring along one of Joel's postcards with her signature on the back and the drink is yours!

Delighted to welcome members of the Vale of Belvoir Cycling Club to the Barn this morning for coffee, cake, cobs, conversation .... They cycle as a fast group (seated at one table) and a less fast group (seated at the other) ... can you guess which is which?
