A little word from us at Tender… 🖤
We’re still relatively new, we’re finding our feet, and we’re working incredibly hard to build something special.
We’re not a huge restaurant chain. We’re a small, independent family business with a team of real people who genuinely care about what they do.
Are we perfect? Absolutely not. Will we occasionally get things wrong? Of course. But one thing we can promise is that we’ll always do our best to put things right.
And that’s where we’d like to ask one little favour…
If something isn’t right during your visit, please tell us. There and then. Give us the opportunity to fix it, because we genuinely want you to leave happy.
What we find difficult is when concerns aren’t fully communicated at the time, only to discover afterwards on social media that someone has had a disappointing experience.
We’re always happy to receive honest, constructive feedback. It’s how we learn, improve and become better.
But behind every independent business is a team of people giving it everything they’ve got, and sometimes a little understanding goes a long way.
We’re proud of Tender, proud of our team, and incredibly grateful to everyone who’s supported us so far.
We’re not claiming to be perfect. We’re simply determined to keep getting better.
