After two years at the Wheelwrights Arms, we have made the difficult decision to move on.
Over the past two years, we have put our heart and soul into making the pub a welcoming place for the community. From live music and quiz nights to special events and celebrations, it has been a privilege to meet so many fantastic people and create memories that we will always cherish.
However, the reality is that our hearts are no longer in it as they once were, and with the ever-increasing costs of running a pub, the time has come for us to step away. This has not been an easy decision, but after a lot of thought, we know it is the right one for our family.
We would like to thank every customer, friend, entertainer, supplier, and member of staff who has supported the Wheelwrights Arms during our time here. Your loyalty, laughter, and friendship have made the last two years truly special.
We are pleased to announce that a new landlord/lady will be taking over the Wheelwrights Arms from 1st July, and we wish them every success for the future. We hope you will give them the same support and warm welcome that you have given us.
Thank you all for being part of this journey. The friendships, memories, and experiences gained over the last two years will stay with us forever.
We welcome you to join us on Saturday 27th June (time doesn't matter) to celebrate our time here and our chance to say goodbye to you lovely people who have supported us.
