Sundays Tractor Run was a responding success..... a great day had by all involved 🍺🍻🍺
Heres a video of my waiting in a layby for all these bloody tractors to pass me, so I can actually get to work!!!
Can't believe I've got to wait a whole year to do it again!!!

Only 4 more sleeps!!!! Who's joining us this Sunday at the annual Charity Tractor Run??? Come on guys, what else are you going to do on a Bank Holiday Sunday? You might as well pop along, look at tractors, sample a pint or 3, and support an absolutely amazing cause!!! What's there not to love? So...... I'll see you ALL there!!!

What are your plans for Sunday 24th May? Nothing? Well let us help you.... why not join us at The Annual Charity Tractor Run In Memory Of Lucy Guiry 🍺🍻🍺 Help us raise a shed load of money for such a worthwhile cause! This is the 5th year that this event has taken place, can you help us make it bigger and better than previous years??? The bar will be open from 12 noon, and the banter will flow ALL afternoon 🤪
So get it in your diaries.... you won't be disappointed!!!

Just a little reminder..... although we are more than happy to take cash or card payments when we are at events, we can not guarantee a strong WiFi signal for our card machine, and sometimes this can really slow things down!!! We really appreciate every single purchase over our bar, but cash payments really do make things far easier on a busy shift with intermittent signal. It will always be your decision as to how you pay, and although we will ALWAYS guarantee you a fantastic pint, we can not guarantee that the card machine will be as efficient as the people serving your drinks 🤪

Not long now.... Sunday 24th of May is one of our favourite events, the annual Charity Tractor Run in memory of Lucy Guiry (all proceeds to Leeds Carers).

For everyone who thinks we don't work when we aren't "at work"..... you are so very wrong!!! Wander might get packed away for the winter, but she goes back to the yard and we get all those niggly little jobs done to get her match fit, so she's ready to rock and roll when the party season starts again 🍺🍻🍺 Mark has been busy fitting a whole new floor to the bar, which isn't the easiest of jobs, but he was sick of Kym & George moaning about it!!! And today's task was unpacking and checking the new, bloody HUGE, gazebos that we have bought, which will make a fantastic addition to Wander, giving an amazing amount of covered space for all of your celebrations. We have 2 of these gazebos, and yes they do have the side panels.... Kym just couldn't be arsed to put them up after actually fitting the roof canopies in place.... she stupidly thought that Sunday was a day of rest 🤣🤣🤣 Theres just the big spring clean to complete now and then we will be ready to pull pints at your parties!!!

Today is Vintage Day in Howden... so here's a little flash back to the 1st ever event for Wander!!! Vintage Day 2022 ❤️ Things have gone from strength to strength since those first pints pulled and Wander Inn just gets better and better with each event we attend!!!
Unfortunately we aren't participating this year, but we hope you all have a wonderful day, and if you fancy a fantastic pint and some good old pub banter today then pop along to where our very own Landlady, Kym, will be pulling your pints 🍺🍻🍺

We can finally say that the Charity Tractor Run 🚜 is THIS MONTH!!! And we couldn't be any more excited, because this is such an amazing event to be part of, and The Wander Inn has been at every single one since the very beginning ❤️ So this will be year number 5 and we are hoping, that with support of you guys, this year will be bigger and better than ever before!!!
So mark the date in your diary, and join us for a pint or three 🍺🍻🍺

Who's ready for the warmer weather to commence? I know we are!!! It's been a long time, or so it seems, since we could sit outside and enjoy a decent pint 🍻🍺🍻 We have a few fantastic events booked in the diary, including the annual Charity Tractor Run at Snake Hall Farm South (Hotham Cars) on Sunday 24th of May 🚜 But..... there is still plenty of availability for this year!!! So if you are planning an event, whether it be a wedding, a birthday bash, a festival or anything else where a beer might brighten things up, then drop us a message!!!
