Visited the British Normandy Memorial to see the Standing with Giants display. 1,476 silhouettes representing each and every British Serviceman who fell on DDay and the 2 nurses who lost their lives on a sinking hospital ship. The silhouettes have bowed heads and are on the hillside looking down on to Gold Beach

The infamous village duck race evening bash at The Legion would like to advise due to a major outage caused by lightening there is no Broadband / Internet at the club and majority of the village. This is one of the best nights to be at the The Legion Blakeney this Saturday 20th December another infamous Quiz night by our very own resident quiz master 🥜? the very well known by now the “hilarious”sh*te 💩 raffle with very very unusual prizes?, Christmas carols, beautiful lights & tree 🌲 shots 🥤 special offers (you will need these just to keep up) warm mulled w**e. Christmas does not begin unless you are here with us 😉 it will be an absolutely fantastic night I’m sure 😜 see you all at 7pm then.
