There are no refunds for unused tokens so buy appropriately

You can also top up throughout the evening of the ball where a token booth will be located next to the Trailer, so don't panic!

However, to save queing time we suggest getting them throughout the week 😁

Here is the Headliner for Summer Ball 2023 - Nathan Dawe!! 🎶

Head to the Hartpury online shop to grab your tickets!!

There will be fairground rides, food village, bars and entertainment all night long 🎡

Must bring student cards as it has your ticket on for entry to the ball and if over 18 must bring valid ID if wanting to purchase alcohol.

Drinks tokens will be on sale the week of the ball, it is advisable to buy them during the week, but shall be also on sale throughout the night as this is a cashless event!!

One prize to win is wristbands to meet either Danica from Love Island or Joey Essex at Butlers Bar

The rest of the prizes shall be announced during the quiz
