Where is peat from? What makes it special? Join Glasgow’s very own Saskia on Thursday 22nd October as she explores the weird and wonderful world of peat.

She will explore the lifecycle of peat while delving into how it influences the water of life and how different regions' peatland can influence different flavours.

On Friday 2nd October we are looking at 'the whole hog' with a three-dram tasting focusing on bourbon hogshead whiskies.

The tasting will be followed by a bourbon glazed pork tomahawk, ham hock and butterbean cassoulet with chilli and fennel jam.

Live music every Friday evening we can't think of a better way to start the weekend.
