Wow! What a day! 🤠

Thank you to everyone who came along and celebrated the Bank Holiday, cowboy style.

We think this was the busiest Gunfest on record, 15 years of Gunfest (including 2020’s Gonefest!) and we couldn’t be more grateful.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing performers, revellers, staff and, of course, the weather gods!
What an incredible turnout, and it was brilliant to see so many of you getting fully into the theme. We are so happy you came and made it such a special day.

We know a few people questioned the cup purchase, but please remember that Gunfest is a FREE event. So, next year, imagine paying just £3 for your reusable cup, enjoying 5 live bands, joining in with a line dancing lesson and, at the same time, helping us reduce plastic waste. We think that’s pretty good value!

We also want to say a huge thank you to our neighbours for their understanding and for joining in with us. We really do feel the love and support from our little community, and it means a lot.

Finally… if anyone has any information about the toilet bandit who thought it would be hilarious to switch off the water going to the cisterns, please let us know.

Howdy, Neighbours!

It’s that time of year again. Gunfest is back!
We’re delighted to let you know that this coming Bank Holiday Monday, we’ll be hosting our annual Gunfest, a family day of music, fun and good times with friends and neighbours.

And this year, we’re heading WEST!
That’s right, Gunfest becomes GUNWEST, with a Wild West theme for the day. So dust off your cowboy boots and get ready for some country fun.

The doors will open at midday, with the music starting from 1.30pm. This year we’re also very excited to have someone joining us to teach us some line dancing moves, so get ready to give it a go!

The music will be switched off promptly at 10.30pm.
As always, we want Gunfest to be a fun and enjoyable day for everyone, while being respectful of our neighbours and the village we’re lucky enough to call home.

We will have security on site throughout the event to help monitor everyone’s enjoyment and safety, and a sound technician will be keeping a close eye on the volume.

We’re also using recyclable cups this year to help reduce waste and avoid breakages.

Most importantly, Gunfest is completely free to attend. Just come along, enjoy yourselves and perhaps buy a drink or two while you’re here.

We really appreciate all the support and goodwill that the village gives us each year, and we would love for our neighbours to come along and join in the fun. We hope to see plenty of familiar faces enjoying the music, having a dance and making the most of the day with us.

As well as that the very handy Ellis put up some saloon doors which we appreciate so much & led us to this little advert
