⛴️ A piece of Offenham history has returned.

I’m personally really proud of getting this project over the line, it’s took a degree of patience that I’m not normally blessed with!

After more than 30 years without a ferry, we’re incredibly proud to have reinstated a tradition that was once such an important part of life here on the River Avon.

For generations, the ferry was as much a part of this stretch of the river as The Bridge Inn itself, connecting the pub, the village of Offenham and the community on either side of the water.

When it stopped running, we lost more than just a way to cross the river. We lost a little piece of local history.

Now, more than three decades later, the Offenham Ferry is back, and it’s better than ever! Not only can we ferry you across the river but also to The Valley - Evesham, or into Evesham Town💙

We’re so pleased to be able to bring this wonderful tradition back to the village and give a new generation the chance to experience it.

Come and take a trip across the Avon, then join us at The Bridge Inn & Ferry for a drink or something to eat. 🍻
