The Sussex Brewery has long been a part of the food culture of Emsworth. During that time it has seen the town of Emsworth grow from being a major oyster and fishing centre on the South Coast to what it is now, a picturesque town and harbour with a reputation for being a major food destination. The Sussex Brewery menus concentrate on fresh, local produce as well as offering a wide range of award winning sausages all cooked and presented with the emphasis on flavour and simplicity.
