We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen in our rural country pub. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef who takes pride in producing high-quality fresh food, leading a strong kitchen team, and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
About the Role:
As Head Chef, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including menu development, stock control, food standards, and team leadership. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring creativity, consistency, and strong organisational skills to the role.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy pub, restaurant, or hospitality venue
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Passion for fresh, seasonal, high-quality food
Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
Food Hygiene certification preferred
Due to our rural location, own transport is essential
