We’re very pleased to be hosting a special Casino Night in aid of The Walton Centre Charity, a cause which has become particularly close to home for all of us at Dyffryn.
Many of you will know Liz from our office, and some will also remember her husband Mark, who previously worked here at Dyffryn.
Earlier this year, Mark was unexpectedly diagnosed with a brain tumour and subsequently received specialist treatment and care at The Walton Centre.
It was an incredibly difficult and worrying time for Mark, Liz and their family, and the care and support they received from the team at The Walton Centre meant a great deal to them.
For that reason, we wanted to do something to give a little back and help raise funds for The Walton Centre Charity, supporting the incredible work they do for patients and families facing neurological conditions.
So, on Saturday 5th September, we’ll be turning the Dyffryn Country Inn into a casino for the evening! 🎲♠️♥️♣️♦️
Your £15 ticket includes a glass of prosecco, canapés and casino chips for the tables.
It promises to be a brilliant evening with plenty of fun and friendly competition, while hopefully raising as much money as possible for a charity that has made a very real difference to a family within our own Dyffryn community. ❤️
