Another manic month has passed us by, and we are on to The Merry Month Of May.

Two bank holiday weekends, live music from , DJ set from , food truck pop-ups from and Peaky Pizza and all our regular monthly events (quiz, tour & home brew club) .

Starting this week we have expanded our opening hours for the summer months.

As well as earlier mid-week starts and later weekend finishes, we are also excited to announce that we are trialling opening on Tuesday evenings!

As always, takeaways are available to pick up from 10am during the week as well as throughout the regular Taproom hours.

🎁 WE ARE TURNING FIVE 🎁

Can you believe it? Five whole years of and serving the lovely people of Diss and surrounds. To celebrate we are throwing an awesome party at the Taproom on the weekend of the 24th-26th April.

Expect some special beers and eats, DJ sets, party games for the adults, giveaways, cake, and plenty of frivolity.

We are also gifting ourselves (and you guys) something very special on the Friday evening, and we think you are going to love it, so get on down to see what all the fuss is about!

🎯 JOIN THE AMPERSAND ARROWS 🎯

Following the successful introduction of darts to the Taproom, and a brilliant first season for our inaugural squad, we are looking to expand and create a second squad for the South Norfolk Darts League and Cup competitions.

The deadline for applications is the 15th, so we have one week to get this second team set up.

If you fancy joining in on the Wednesday Spring League, or know someone who would, then get in touch and wile can add you to the roster.

Join us down at the taproom celebrating Burns Night this weekend with these specials available over the next few days.

Burger Jam’s burger & fries are available from 4pm Friday and throughout all of Saturday, with the roast you all know and love on Sunday.

Beer wise we have brewed a traditional Scottish 80 Shilling - a 4.5% malty ale with notes of dried fruit & toffee. This is one from our small kit, made using traditional Scottish yeast & we only have the one cask so get it before it’s gone (and why not follow it up with a dram of Talisker Single Malt Whisky?)

❄️ JANUARY 2026 ❄️

We are starting off the year with a bang!

Our first Taproom Quiz of 2026 is taking place next Thursday on the 15th from 7pm - hosted by the inimitable with his signature panache.

We are then hosting a weekend of celebration for Burns Night, with a special pilot kit brew of 80 Shilling on cask to quaff alongside some specials, all accompanied by some of the finest Scottish folk, lo-fi and indie music.

Then we are onto bidding January farewell with a double-header of DJ delight with and DJ Tony P playing some tunes to brighten up the long, dark month.

All that and the usual rotating selection of the freshest beers and tastiest BurgerJam eats. We’ve also got you covered for the low & no alcohol options if you are doing Dry January or just drinking mindfully.

We’ve also given you a sneak peek at what’s coming early January with our monthly tour & tasting and our annual Super Bowl party.

🏈 SUPER BOWL 60 🏈

We are running it back this year, our 2nd ever Super Bowl Party on Sunday 8th February.

Please order your tickets in the Taproom to reserve your spot. For £20 you will get your first pint, a bowl of chilli & nachos, and unlimited hot drinks throughout the evening.

If you are a fan of the gridiron, or merely in it for the half-time show, get your mates together and get booked in for a wonderful evening (and early morning!) of beers, burgers and all things ‘Murica!

The boys will be running a special menu for the evening, and we will also be celebrating with and special Super Bowl brew.

Our monthly events at the taproom are always great fun to run.

Whether it’s getting to show off about our lovely beers and equipment on the tour, or providing a little bit of quiz chaos to our regulars, we are always happy to get stuck in.

In either case you will get to take full advantage of some excellent beers and delicious eats, and take full advantage of our award-winning hospitality.

Both events run regularly throughout the year, and you can book in for either via DM or in person as the bar.
