HUGE congratulations to Andy & Richard who have been with us for 20 years! 🤩
Andy joined us working in the Tun Room, where he gained a tun (sorry, we had to...) of experience in brewing operations. Fast forward to now, and he's worked his way all the way up to Warehouse & Logistics Manager 👏
Richard joined as a Lab Technician, and he now runs our laboratory, ensuring our beers are top quality 🔬 We've worked out that Richard has carried out over half a million analyses during his 20 years!
Thank you both for all the hard work, and everything you've contributed over the last two decades. Here's to many more! 🍻

Summer 2026 at Wadworth 🍺☀️⚽

From celebrating the World Cup at all sorts of hours of the night, to what felt like a never-ending heatwave, packed pub gardens, festivals, parties and more events than we can count, we've had an incredible few months.

As summer draws to a close, we want to say a huge thank you to every single team member across our entire estate who has helped make this summer one to remember 💪 You're all legends!

🎀 Breast Cancer Now Charity Coffee Morning at Wadworth 🎀

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our charity coffee morning with plenty of homemade cakes, sweet treats, savouries, guess the weight of the cake comp and the cutest car air fresheners 🍰 Well done to Fran for winning the hamper in the raffle!

We raised a grand total of £766.40 for Breast Cancer Now Thank you to everyone who baked and donated 💗

Congratulations are in order this week for Maisie and Graham who have now been with us for 10 years! 🌟
Maisie’s journey began with us on a HR apprenticeship, and since then she has worked her way all the way up to People Operations Manager. She’s now our go-to person for all things people and HR across both our central and managed pub estate 💪
Graham joined us as a Business Partner, running his own Wadworth Pub, before making the jump into our central team and working up to Retail Development Manager across our tenanted estate. With experience on both sides of the operations, there’s not much Graham doesn’t know about running a great pub!
A huge thank you to you both for everything you’ve contributed over the past 10 years. Here’s to many more! 🍻
