Specials on the menu for this weekend

Ballotine of chicken wrapped in Parma ham, on a creamy medley of potato, beans and peas, with garlic, mushroom and thyme.

Braised beef short rib on buttered truffle mash and seasonal greens and a red wine jus.

Grilled sardines with sautéed potatoes, mixed leaves and a romesco sauce.

Lobster mac & cheese, with garlic bread and salad
