ONE DAY TO GO....
Our Cullercoats Festival Programme 2026...
The whole village mapped out and details of what is happening where. You can collect a copy at the Cullercoats Crescent Club or download from the website.
1. Festival Hub & Information: point - Cullercoats Crescent Club Porch
2. Sea View room, Concert room and Buffet room at the - Cullercoats Crescent Club will be busy all day with music, poetry, The Cullercoats Play, dance, Art and storytelling.
3. Art and Urban street dance in the The Underpass
4. The Smugglers at the Queens Head, Cullercoats will be open from 10:30am with an indoor and outdoor market from 10, plus Radio Northumberland . Catch the signature Cullercoats Festival Cocktail!
5. Beach and Bay. Community yoga will start at 8am with Shore Yoga, followed by the Big Dip. Music from Spanish City Rollers and North Tyneside Steelband will be playing in the afternoon on the Brae and Groove with Melanie will be hosting a ticketed evening silent groove on the beach.
6. Visit the Dove Marine Laboratory and find out about the amazing creatures in Cullercoats Bay and beyond
7. The Adamson Fountain area is where youโll find some of our dancing, including Jive and Ballroom, Scottish Highland and Salsa Rueda.
New this year is CommunARTies Together exhibition along the railings
8. Bring your mask along and join us on the Headland near the play park at 2 pm for our Mask Gathering with prizes for the best masks, children and adults!
9. St Georgeโs Church Cullercoats will host Ceilidhs on Friday night, and then is the venue for the Cullercoats Creatives annual Artisan Handmade Market - with refreshments provided by the volunteers of the Cullercoats Watch House
10. Cullercoats Library will be hosting mask making sessions until 2.30 pm
11. The Burns School of Martial Arts 2 will be open in the morning for tasters and demos
12. CBK Adventures will be open from 8am hiring out Kayak and SUP all day (quote CULLERFEST10 for a discount) , and serving coffee in their Kahvi cafe.
13. Cullercoats Methodist Church will be the main venue for this yearโs dance sessions: free tasters of regional, national and international dance including capoeira, salsa, blues, tango, tap, ballet, ceilidh and belly dance.
14. The Fishermenโs Mission will be open all day with a board game cafe for the family, community and charity stalls, plus the famed refreshments provided by volunteers from Watch House.
15. Cullercoats Primary School PTA Summer Fayre, with children's activities, yoga, music and storytelling in the morning... Loads to see and do, come along and ENJOY.
