Open Mic Night is back this Wednesday, 7:30pm–10:30pm

As always, it’s free to perform, with a free drink for every performer.

This week, our open mic is being run by the amazing Last Gary on Earth!

Joel Ramble is away in Europe and Ash Wall is performing at a wedding, so Gary Davies is very kindly stepping in to take the reins. He’s been down to our open mic before and suprised us with some mega tunes that we never expected. He’s absolutely brilliant: a fantastic singer and an incredible guitar player.

You’re in very safe hands!

Back line, drums and Piano already setup on stage.

Come down, get your name on the list, play a few songs or just enjoy the music. It’d be lovely to see you all this Wednesday.

Our Knit & Natter group is getting into the spirit of Remembrance Sunday, with some of our ladies crocheting beautiful poppies to mark the occasion, while others are sharing their own wonderful knitting, crochet and craft projects.

It’s lovely to see everyone bringing along their own ideas, learning from one another and enjoying an evening of creativity, friendship and a good natter.

Why not join us this Monday? Whether you knit, crochet, sew, embroider or would simply like to learn something new, you’ll be made very welcome.

IT'S COMMUNITY CARVERY TIME AGAIN!

To date, we have now given away 29 community carveries to people in our local community.

We have enough for 2 more today, so we’d love to brighten someone’s day once again.

Do you know someone who deserves a free carvery?

An elderly neighbour, an unpaid carer, someone going through a difficult time, or simply someone who always puts others first?

Nominate them in the comments or send us a private message and we’ll choose one deserving person or family and deliver a freshly cooked carvery completely FREE of charge.

Sundays are made for a proper roast… especially when it’s cold outside and the fire’s roaring.

Our Sunday Carvery is ready and waiting, with beautifully roasted topside of beef, honey roast gammon, honey glazed carrots, our amazing seasonal spiced red cabbage, and of course, all the traditional trimmings.

And with our double-fronted restaurant fire now lit, it’s the perfect place to escape the chill, get cosy and enjoy a proper Sunday dinner.
