The weather has definitely changed this morning, although nothing will deter Martha from the river!

We want to say a huge thank you to all the staff for their hard work last week, it was a very busy and very hot half term 🌞

Now a couple of days to catch up and we’ll be back open at 4pm on Wednesday.

It would seem our week isn’t continuing in the wonderful way it started. We got home at lunchtime on Tuesday to find South West Water had closed the road by the pub and dug a trench across the road - without notifying us.
They had Tuesday afternoon and all day on Wednesday to complete the work but no, they decided to wait until 6pm when we were open with a full restaurant booked.
So, they blocked both entrances and caused absolute chaos 😤

Anyway, onto the takeaways - better late than never!
