Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who attended the quiz night last night, it was a full house!
Although there were a few teething problems the night overall was a success with some great feedback received.

Congratulations to the winning team ‘Obi Wan Kenobi’ who came away with £125 cash prize and a gallon of ale! Runners up were ‘Your Favourite team’ who came away with half a gallon of ale.

We will be running the quiz once a month with the next being on the Monday 12th October, a few teams have already registered and reserved there places so we would encourage anyone interested to do the same as we were at capacity last night.

A few sound issues affected one or two teams last night which we apologise for but they will be resolved for the next quiz and it won’t last as long either.

Our Nursery Tavern Quiz Night is starting on Monday 7th September — and spaces are filling up!

If you haven’t reserved your spot yet, don’t leave it until the last minute although we will try and cater for walk-ins. Get your team together and get yourselves booked in. 🍻

The weather has held out for the BBQ today, not the warmest but no rain means we are good to go for 2pm! A great selection of ales on today as well!

We will have on the BBQ:
- 6oz Burgers - with or without cheese / Onion on top
- Large Hot Dogs
- Chicken Skewers

On the side:
- Salad
- Coleslaw
- Selection of Sauces

BBQ starts at 2pm until the food has all gone, we have plenty though. Purchase your items at the bar and take your ticket to the BBQ and collect your food!
