Reads Lane is still closed. United Utilities were meant to finish last Friday — it’s now Thursday and nothing has changed. The signs are still up, the barriers are still out, and the diversion is still confusing people.

This is hammering trade at The Coach & Horses. We’re a small community pub and the lack of progress is costing us real money. You can still get through if you ignore the signs and come carefully — we are open as usual and would very much like some customers. Please support us 🙏
