We believe a great local pub is about more than good food and good company. It’s about bringing people together and supporting the community we’re proud to be part of.
We’re delighted to support Sage House and the wonderful work they do for people living with dementia and the families who care for them.
We’ve been truly touched by the generosity of our guests so far. Every contribution makes a difference and is a lovely reminder of what can be achieved when a community comes together.
As part of the initiative, our customers are invited to add a voluntary £1 donation to their bill, with every donation generously matched by John and Annoushka, owners of The Horse & Groom.
Now halfway through the partnership, we’re delighted to have raised £5,200 for Sage House, comprising £2,600 in customer donations and a further £2,600, generously matched by John and Anoushka.
There’s more to come, too. Through our upcoming events, we hope to raise even more for Sage House and support the important work they do for local families.
