We pride ourselves in serving homemade food, using fresh and local ingredients, a great selection of beers, wines and ciders. We hold a Cask Marque and scored 20/20 for our real ales. We are passionate about music and regularly have live bands playing as well as at festivals we organize.

Today is a sad day as one of our regulars is no longer with us. Harry has been part of our journey almost from the start. Coming in twice a day every day, usually ordering a pint of "diesel" and either a pie of the day or a bacon sandwich at lunchtime and then back in the afternoon for a couple more and a chat. Always with a little twinkle in his eye! He was very much apart of our Crown family and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with Sarah and Mark and their family. RIP Harry xx

Well, what can we say other than thank you! To all those who supported this year's festival we really can't do it without you. We had a fantastic time really hope we can do it all again next year. Once the accounts are complete we will have a better idea of where we stand for next year because it definitely isn't cheap to put on!! 🤞

Today the marquees go up and everything starts falling into place for a fantastic weekend of beer bands and bbq.

Whilst we realise the weather has its own agenda for the weekend we are determined to pull out all the stops to make this year another fantastic festival. Boogy with a brolly is the new trend!

Obviously we can't do that without you ....

So many festivals have been cancelled this year so please help us to keep the festival going by showing your support. We appreciate this is a free event but by purchasing the food and drinks we sell instead of bringing your own enables us to do this.
