Take a trip down memory lane with us… ❤️

What started as just a scroll back in time ended up giving us a moment to reflect on just how far The Castle has come. From empty rooms and renovation dust to weddings, live music, Sunday roasts and unforgettable memories, it’s crazy to think this is the same place.

More than a pub, The Castle became a home. And none of it would’ve been possible without the people behind it all. Here’s to the memories we’ve made, and the many more still to come 🍻

We’ve been digging through the archives this afternoon… and look what we found 🥹📸

Darce has been with us since she was just 16 years old, and in the words of Max… she’s gone from “barmaid to badass.” 😂

From surviving our chaotic busy weekends, starring in our silly videos, and everything in between, Darce genuinely works unbelievably hard for this place ❤️

And honestly… even when we made her work Christmas Day (sorry again Darce 👀🎄), she still turned up smiling 😉

The Castle Inn wouldn’t be the same without you (this isn’t a goodbye post by the way, just a little shout out, don’t panic 😂)❤️

We appreciate you more than you know Darce. Even if Max still shouts across the pub instead of using his legs 😉
