As of Sunday night, The Queen Inn has ceased trading under our leasehold with Corby Castle Estate. The estate is now seeking prospective tenants to take up a new lease with them. Interested parties can contact Savills Group in Carlisle and should speak with Annabelle Gray.

We are deeply grateful to all the wonderful people who visited us over the years and to the incredible staff who made The Queen Inn a warm and welcoming place. We would also like to thank all our patrons who have supported us over the last five years. We have taken the commercial decision to cease trading due to both personal reasons and a currently inclement economic trading climate in the hospitality industry.

Thank you for the memories and all the good times—there are too many to list.

We've got a special celebration this Saturday for a 70th birthday, so we'll be closed for the day. But before we close our doors for good, we'd love to see old friends this week to share a toast.

It is with heavy hearts and deep regret that we announce the closure of The Queen Inn at Great Corby. After many years of serving our cherished community, the relentless pressures and challenges of the hospitality industry have finally taken their toll, making it impossible for us to continue operations.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all the wonderful people who visited us from the village and beyond over the years. Your support and patronage meant the world to us.

A special thank you also to our incredible staff who poured their hearts into making The Queen Inn a warm and welcoming place. We couldn't have done it without you.

We sincerely hope that The Queen Inn continues in some form, as village pubs are truly the lifeblood of their communities. They provide a gathering place, a sense of belonging, and a space for creating cherished memories. It is our heartfelt wish that Great Corby retains this vital hub for many years to come.

Thank you for the memories and the good times. We will be closing our doors on June 30th and will only be serving drinks until then, starting daily from 3PM. We would love to welcome you for one last time to share a final toast.
