A PUB is marking Mental Health Awareness Month with events to open conversations and support wellbeing.

We are proudly supporting Mental health awareness month this may 💚
It affects us all in many ways, Including myself, I work incredibly hard sometimes 70+ hours a week and its tough, I try and do it with a welcoming smile in very uncertain and sometimes unsupported times, this has a massive impact on me personally and my mental wellbeing, fortunately I have a incredible partner, family and team around me, i am so lucky 🥰 but for some it's not!
Our wellbeing and mental health is something so important to talk about and its ok to talk about it too..
The importance of our LOCAL PUB ✨️ it's not just a "pub" it's a meeting place, a safe and friendly welcoming space to come together, it's my home and most importantly the hub of our community!
We need it!! And need to celebrate it!!
We are celebrating mental health awareness with a wonderful display in our beer garden, asking for contributions to our tree of hope which is displayed in the garden ,healthy specials and a night of pies, pints and pals 😀
Not forgetting our quiz night ‼️Saturday 23rd ‼️
We have some fabulous events planned so get the dates 📅 in your diary's 😘
