Gather is here!!!

'Gather' is our way of bringing people together around a table.

Inspired by the big family meals that shaped Dan's love of cooking, the menu is designed to be shared, discussed and enjoyed collectively. Rather than everyone choosing different dishes, the whole table agrees on a selection, creating the sort of meal where plates are passed, stories are shared and conversations linger long after the last mouthful.

Whether you're celebrating a birthday, gathering family together, catching up with old friends or simply looking for an excuse to spend time around a table, Gather is about slowing down and enjoying good food in good company.

How It Works
Available for groups of (Min) 6 adults–12 guests seated together. Larger groups can be accommodated across multiple tables and spaces.

2 Courses — £35 per person
3 Courses — £40 per person

To preserve the shared dining experience, menu choices are made collectively by the whole table.

Typical British summer... 🌦️ One minute you're planning a drink in the sunshine, the next you're reaching for your coat!

So why not escape the drizzle and let us do the cooking instead?

🐟 **Fish & Fizz Friday** is back tonight – enjoy our fish & chips with a glass of fizz for just **£20**, or settle in with something from our **Ember** menu, where the Kasai charcoal grill is fired up and ready.

We still have tables available this evening, so if you've been debating whether to head out, take this as your sign to book.

⚠️ **Travel notice:** Don't forget the **Linstock Roundabout approach roads close from 7pm** due to roadworks. If you're joining us later in the evening, it's best to approach via **Warwick Bridge or Little Corby** and allow a little extra time for your journey.

Good food, a warm welcome and no washing up afterwards... sounds like the perfect antidote to a damp Friday.

The Stag National – Saturday 20th June

It's getting very real.

Thanks to the generosity of local businesses and supporters, every race and every fence has now been sponsored.

Castle Chocolates, Pioneer Foods, Hodgson LTD, Edmundson Electrical and many others have stepped forward to support what is quickly becoming one of the most anticipated dates in the village calendar.

A huge thank you also to Crosby Nursery, who are helping bring the fences and course to life.

We'll have:

• Children's races
• Youth races
• Adult races
• Team relay races
• A dog show
• A free "just for fun" course
• Food throughout the day from Dan
• Bar and refreshments organised by Sarah
• Live music back at The Stag from Amy Florence Music

We're still looking for volunteers to help on the day and, if you're wondering whether it's too late to enter, it probably isn't.

We're hoping to have a few spare hobby horses available, so even if you decide on the day that you'd quite like to have a go, there may well be an opportunity to join in.

It's all for good causes, it's wonderfully ridiculous and we can't wait.

⚠️ Roadworks & Travel Update ⚠️

Just a quick heads-up for anyone visiting us over the next few days.

For the next 5/6 nights, the approach roads around Linstock Roundabout will be closed from **7:00pm each evening until 6:00am the following morning** due to planned roadworks.

If you're joining us for dinner, drinks or an event, please allow a little extra travel time and plan your route before setting off. Depending on your direction of travel, you may need to approach via **Warwick Bridge** or use an alternative route to reach The Stag Inn and to get home afterwards.

If you have a reservation, we'd hate for you to feel rushed, so please leave yourself a little extra time to get here.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while these essential works are carried out.

☀️ The first week of meteorological summer has arrived.

And while the British weather will do what the British weather does, one thing is certain – barbecue season is officially here.

This Thursday and throughout the weekend, let us take care of the fire, the preparation and the washing up.

Dan will be cooking over our Kasai charcoal grill, using British-made Sumi Binchotan charcoal to give steaks, chops, fish and vegetables that unmistakable barbecue flavour that simply can’t be recreated indoors.

It’s everything we love about a summer barbecue:
