Lamb skewers with giant cous cous & romesco, triple lamb chops, Cornish trout w/ orzo ragu with red shrimp & Welsh shellfish, chateaubriands from the specials board, salad delivery & soft boiled egg RÖSTI with hollandaise.

ITS SUNDAY. And we’re going to start shouting about our roast. In the making for 7 months… we’ve been quietly improving week on week (in our humble opinion) - helped by our new double rational oven insuring that we are…

COOKING FRESH YORKIES & POTATOES ALL DAY LONG. That is a fact that we are proud to announce.

All roasts served with unlimited potatoes, greens, veggies baked in smoked cheese custard sauce, choice of condiments & of course OUR INFAMOUS 4 BONE GRAVY.

Beef, chicken, pork & lamb all go into our gravy. Bones, resting juices, red wine, port, herbs! It’s what we call 4 bone gravy. CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO BE DRINKING IT FROM THE JUG, AND ITS BOTTOMLESS.

Sharing cuts also available as well as the infamous TRIFECTOR ROAST. Come and get some!!!

THE BISTRO THATS LED BY THE SEASONS.

These sides are designed for guests who like to keep it light and fresh.

Introducing 2 dishes that have been popping for the past 2 weeks. These are both light and perfect for sharing on the table. Designed to sit alongside all of our main menu options.

PERSIAN SALAD - up first it’s a Persian inspired salad featuring giant cous cous cooked in aromatic spices, compressed watermelon, tomato, red onion, mint, parsley, peeled cucumber, olives & a zingy lemon dressing.

ASPARAGUS & SPRING VEG - Asparagus spears are cooked to order and tossed through torn mint & basil along side charred courgettes, baby gem & petit pois peas. Finished with EVO & lemon.

WE CALL THIS CLEAN COOKING. THE SORT OF FOOD THAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD AFTER A MEAL!

🍫🍰DESSERTS 🍰🍫

Showing a bit of love to a pair of classics on our dessert menu now… Before we release our new dessert later this week…. 🍋Little Lemon 🍋

- It’s the infamous dark chocolate mousse which has to be layered in our BISTRO COUPE. Topped with whipped mascarpone cream, cacao powder, smoked salt & olive oil

- We’ve got our take on a basque cheesecake. The skill in this dish is all in the cook and this was is absolutely spot on giving it a silky smooth finish and incredible texture. Served inside a sauce made from Pedro xieminez. If you’ve been to try the original, let us know how this one compares…

Fun fact we are making this chocolate mousse for someone’s wedding they love it that much, what an honour 🙏👰‍♀️🤵
