Join us at 2pm, Saturday 20th June at The Barn Kingston CT4 6JB. For mediative movement in this wonderful space.

This time around to celebrate the summer solstice, we have an extended 2 hour dance.

Doors open

Get comfortable with the space and say hello to fellow dancers.

Welcome circle and warm up

An offering of Blue Lotus tea followed by some mindful movement.

Dance

2 hours freeflow, non verbal dance journey to a live DJ set. We start slow, and build up to peak high energy movement, and gently slow things down with some grounding tunes.

Closing circle and Social

An opportunity to share and discuss your experiences, feelings and emotions felt during the dance.

After the closing circle we have space to integrate and ground. Maybe grab a hot drink and catch up with fellow dancers before heading home. If you are driving we recommend bringing something to nibble and touching grass before heading off.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone that made it to our event today, it was good to see you all. And also a big thank you to Bruce Aitken for closing our event with an immersive Gong bath. Our next event is in 3 weeks time on Saturday 20th June from 2-5pm. This time around to celebrate the summer solstice, we have an extended 2 hour dance ❤️🙏
