Hi ,
Steve from the Burton Bridge says that “for you Ale Trailers out there, this is as good as it gets – the oldest tap house in Burton, alongside our traditional 45-year-old brewery!
“An abundance of carefully selected cask ales and craft beers are waiting to be enjoyed this weekend.”
Chef Robin will be cooking up beer infused Top Dog hot dogs, Burton Bridge brisket and Bramble Stout steak and ale pies on Friday and Saturday from 4pm.
And Captain Full Strength will be providing entertainment on Saturday evening.
Steve was recently offered the role of bar manager by Burton Bridge Brewery, this year’s headline sponsor of the Burton Ale Trail.
He tells the Echo that “I am no stranger to Burton Bridge beers, having worked for the brewery for over nine years at the Brickmakers Arms, in Newton Solney – and being back in a Bridge pub makes me feel a little like Captain Kirk back at the flight deck!
“We have a wonderful team and some very keen, excited brewers and management behind us.”
