What a journey it’s been.

From opening my first pub in Aston, to creating Christopher’s Caribbean Carvery in memory of my big brother, to bringing our vision to Catshill.

This business has always been about more than just food. It’s about family, culture, legacy and building something that will last for generations.

To everyone who’s supported us over the past 12 months, thank you. You’re part of something special.
