17th Century real pub oozing rustic charm, directly on the picturesque River Avon The ancient listed building was constructed in 1726 .

The historic Jolly Sailor riverside pub is situated overlooking Saltford Lock in a stunning location on the River Avon, between Bristol and Bath. Two large fireplaces create a cozy atmosphere in the winter with blazing log fires. A beautiful beer garden overlooks the Lock with its’ constant activity of river traffic. A conservatory for indoor dining has wonderful views across the river to Colston. Our renowned extensive menu ranges from light bites to full meat and famous fish dishes and daily specials. In addition we stock a wide range of real ales and international beers as well as a full selection of fine wines.

OPEN MIC NIGHT 🎤

Thank you to everyone who performed at our first open mic night and to everyone who came to support! It was an amazing evening, with a fantastic atmosphere with everyone there to keep live music alive!

Big big thank you to John who put together a fabulous evening and made sure everything ran smoothly! Also honourable mention to Steve who gave a helping hand when needed and played some brilliant guitar!

- Please arrive at the latest 15 minutes before the start time to register your interest.

-Please bring your own instruments. John has a PA system that is available. If you have a specific instrument you need you will need to bring this down. Please note we do not have space for an entire band set up, unless you're a one man band!

-Please bring down your biggest and loudest supporters! We want to hear them whooping and hollering for everyone who performs that night!
