Bretagne Fières (ask for the Britney Spears) - White Peak Distillery Wire Works Calvados Cask finished whisky, Peychaud aperitivo, ginger syrup and some soda.

And anyone who complained about it being too hot last month, this weather is for you 🫵

We love to experiment with flavours, so if there's a particular flavour or cocktail you usually go for, let us know and we can recommend you something that we reckon you'll like 🙌

Take the flavour of a whisky sour, throw in some BIG cherry and vanilla flavours in there and this is what you get! 💥
2 types of cherry liqueur and vanilla whisky, shaken over ice and served in our glencairns (yes, we put a cocktail in a whisky glass) 🧊

It’s not often that you find Talisker bottled by an independent bottler! Matured for 15yrs in a refill hoggie, it spent 4 months finishing in a port seasoned American oak cask. 15yr old and bottled at 57.1%, it’s been one that Paul LOVES 🥃

We aren't just a bar, we actually own lots of whisky casks that are maturing up in Scotland. We occasionally pull sample bottles to see how they're progressing and these go up for sale by the dram on our sample wall. It means that you can potentially try the same whisky over the years to see how it's progressing, and eventually, the final bottle once we decide to bottle it.

The last two whiskies that we bottled were a 28yr old Speyside Distillery (263 bottles) & a 15yr old Irish Whiskey (209 bottles). We only bottle at cask strength which means the whisky is literally emptied from cask into bottle without anything added (some brands add water to their whisky to bring down the abv). We believe it's up to the customer to add the amount of water THEY desire vs having us decide for them.

Each label is designed by a different artist (no Ai here!) and we get various artists to recreate the label on our 4-storey backwall which you can see in our garden!
