Sip & Paint Minuty Edition

Settle in on the Roof Terrace for a weekend edition of Sip & Paint, where uninterrupted sea views meet easy creativity and a glass of something chilled in hand.

Led by the wonderfully talented artist Maureen Wells, this session invites you to paint sunflowers: bold, bright, and full of summer character. Whether you’re picking up a brush for the first time or already at ease with a palette, Maureen will guide you through each step, with all materials provided.

In partnership with Minuty, each guest will be welcomed with a glass of chilled glass of their signature rosé, the perfect companion to an early afternoon shaped by sea views, colour, and conversation. Alongside, a selection of seasonal small plates will be served, designed for relaxed grazing as you dine after the session.

Expect a laid-back atmosphere, sun-soaked inspiration, and just the right balance of creativity and indulgence.

Come with friends or arrive solo, either way, you’ll leave with your own sunflower masterpiece and, perhaps, a new favourite way to spend a summers day.

Rockwater Life Presents: Sculpt & Flow: Mats x Margs Edition

A late morning of movement and mindfulness, where Pilates sculpts the body; yoga grounds the mind, followed by tacos and mini margaritas for this special summer edition of Sculpt & Flow.

Gather on the Roof Terrace for Sculpt & Flow; a restorative wellness morning designed to nourish the body, calm the mind, and reconnect you with your sense of balance.

With panoramic sea views on the Roof Terrace, this is a space made for slowing down, breathing deeply, and moving with purpose. We’ll open with a dynamic Pilates session led by Millie of Reformer Collective, focusing on strength, alignment, and awakening the body from the inside out.

A grounding yoga flow with Holly Cooper follows as Holly guides you through mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle stretches to reset and recentre.

After class, stay and savour a delicious lunch of freshly made tacos and a Casamigos mini margarita designed to complement our late morning ritual.

Sculpt & Flow is all about togetherness and connection, a shared moment to honour your body, quiet the mind, and begin the week ahead with clarity and intention.
