After weeks of perfecting our dough, selecting our ingredients and creating something special… we’re excited to finally reveal our first Fratellino Pizzeria menu.

Born inside The Flying Pig, Fratellino is all about simple Italian flavours done properly.

✨ Hand-stretched sourdough pizzas
🇮🇹 Carefully selected Italian ingredients
🍅 Rich tomato sauce
🧀 Quality mozzarella
🌶️ Selected cured meats including salami from Napoli

Our launch menu features 6 signature pizzas — from the classic Originale, to our spicy Napoli, indulgent Tartufo truffle mushroom, and our sweet & spicy Piccante hot honey pepperoni.

We’re also delighted to offer gluten free bases, so even more of you can enjoy Fratellino. 🍕✨

The wait is over… Fratellino officially launches at The Flying Pig on Friday 19th June 🇮🇹🍕

Hand-stretched sourdough pizzas, artisan flatbreads, premium Italian ingredients and proper wood-fired flavours — bringing a little taste of Italy to The Flying Pig.

Launch weekend opening times:

🍕 Friday 19th June: 5pm – 8pm
🍕 Saturday: 3pm – 7pm
🍕 Sunday: 3pm – 7pm

Then every week:

Thursday & Friday: 5pm – 8pm
