There’s a lot of news about eggs and salmonella at the mo, with cases linked to cheap imported eggs consumed outside the home - while there are currently no cases in the West Midlands, we’d like to assure our customers that we use and have always used Lion stamped British eggs and as much local produce as possible - meat from a butchers, most of our veg is from Ward’s.

If you’re enjoying one of our dishes with eggs (ie gammon, ham and eggs) and are worried, the current advice is to ask for them to be cooked well done. Full allergen information is available if you wish to avoid dishes with eggs altogether, just ask!
