Weighing out for tomorrow. We are brewing Icknield Pale for around late November/early December at the moment, planning ahead for the chaos of Christmas! In this pic you can see Extra Pale Maris Otter, a light coloured version of the classic English grain variety, with some Carapils to give your pint a nice long lasting foamy head and our brewing mineral blend so we get the flavour profile we want.
