𝕋𝕙𝕚𝕤 𝕚𝕤 𝕒 𝕓𝕚𝕘 𝕞𝕠𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕦𝕤 ☺️

10 years ago, Paul left his banking career with a little bit of voluntary redundancy and waved goodbye to the lot on some shiny stainless brew kit.

Actually, it was a bit rough and ready but you get the gist…

Over the years we’ve steadily grown, adding capacity and some absolutely kick ass
team members 🕺

We’ve shed a few tears over split beer, Covid, upscaling to bigger kit, etc. But we’ve
also had lots of happy moments; winning awards, seeing our beers in awesome
venues, coeliac customers telling you they can drink beer on draught again because Brummie beer is all GF. ❤

Personally, we’ve got hitched and welcomed two wonderful kids to our family with
the chaos that comes with it. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

This month has become another one of those life changing moments, we’ve opened up Brum Brewery to ownership to those who back it. 💓

The webshop's had a restock and it feels like being a kid in a sweetie shop 🍭🍬🍡

Loads of specials ahead of the Bank Holiday weekend, including two new Brummie beers:

𝙋𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝘽𝙧𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙚 - 𝙟𝙪𝙞𝙘𝙮, 𝙨𝙤𝙛𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚
Pink Brummie is a 4.6% session IPA built around a truly unique and experimental hop variety Pink hop (ID-158). Brewed with British extra pale malt and oats, and whirlpooled with Motueka for zesty lime, the dry hopped Pink hops take centre stage with notes of peach, honey, and delicate fruit sweetness.

𝙃𝙤𝙥𝙛𝙚𝙣𝙬𝙚𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙚 - 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙢𝙚𝙚𝙩s 𝙗𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙝𝙤𝙥𝙨
Hopfenweisse is our modern take on a traditional wheat beer, blending classic yeast character with punchy American hop flavour. At 5.9% ABV, El Dorado and Centennial hops bring bright grapefruit and citrus aromas alongside a resinous pine bitterness, while the wheat beer yeast contributes distinctive notes of banana and clove. The result is a beautifully balanced beer where fruity sweetness, spicy character, and hop bitterness work in harmony.

Other specials such as Mild Brummie and Pineapple Road are available, and then there's all our classic Brummies too, we really do feel spoilt for choice!
