Absolute pleasure to have Dave back in the brewery to cook up an outrageous DIPA in reply to our earlier 2022 collab ‘Stacks’. All things Mosaic with a decent dose of Strata. Super dank and complex with notes of juicy white grape, gooseberry, papaya, earthy pine and tangerine.

A soft, juicy expression of Citra in all its glory with Citra T90, Cryo Citra and Citra DynaBoost on the exchanges. This pale is pumping with honeydew melon, fleshy peach and apricot Petits Filous.
