Brandy and Cheese Tasting

27th of September - 3.30pm

Our last cheese pairing was so successful that we're bringing it back! This time we will have 4 brandies to enjoy with delicious cheeses from the team at . We'll talk through the styles of brandy and history of the brands., sip on tasty spirits and have a nibble.

Last but by no means least is Ella. The most energetic of the team, she brings the energy to every shift. The name of her birthday drink comes from a peeler incident that left the tip of her little finger a little worse for wear.

To celebrate, we are pulling together a menu of fives. Our 5 team members will be making a cocktail each with 5 different spirits. These will be paired with 5 classic cocktails with the same spirit. Every drink on the menu will be £5!

Our 5th birthday is this Sunday! We have had an incredible 5 years on Pinfold Street. The support from the local community and industry over that time has been unbelievable. We are eternally grateful to anyone and everyone who has bought a drink at Fox and Chance since we opened.
Hospitality is in a difficult place. We are fortunate to be doing well but we don't know what the future will bring. We raise a glass on Sunday to the past 5 years and hope for another amazing 5 as well.
Please join us on Sunday for a drink (they're all £5) and to celebrate!

George started with us when he was just 18! He’s grown into a fantastic member of the team and a brilliant bartender. He’s made a few blunders along the way resulting in the name of his drink but we will let him tell you about that.

Jack is up next! Apparently he hasn’t made a fool of himself yet at Fox and Chance which is why his drink is called Smooth Sailing. Some of us would beg to differ but he has plenty of time to do something silly.
