🍸 WORLD GIN DAY AT BILLERICAY BREWERY – THIS SATURDAY! 🍸

Yes, we're aware we're a brewery. No, we don't see the contradiction.

To celebrate World Gin Day, we've lined up three cracking serves: Hendrick's, Gin Mare and Ukiyo Japanese Blossom Gin, each paired with the appropriate Fever-Tree tonic and garnish because we're trying to be sophisticated about it.

The selection was helped along considerably by Sarah, who now faces a simple question: which one would she choose?

VAT'S THE PROBLEM – AND IT'S A PROBLEM FOR BREWERIES TOO

We don't often get political, but when something directly affects independent breweries, pubs and hospitality businesses across the country, it's worth talking about.

The new campaign, backed by Tom Kerridge and hospitality businesses nationwide, is calling for a reduction in VAT for the sector. It's a move that could make a real difference to independent businesses, helping to protect jobs, investment and the places we all enjoy spending time in.
