Mi chiamano "Testarda", solo perché sono determinata e tosta.
Mi chiamano "St***za", perché non perdono il male ricevuto, soprattutto quando arriva in modo gratuito.
Mi chiamano "Scontrosa", quando snobbo e ignoro persone che a mio avviso non sono degne della mia attenzione.
Mi chiamano " Strega", solo perché non mi faccio salvare da un principe azzurro.
Beh... Chiamatemi come volete, tanto non solo non intendo cambiare, ma dei vostri appellativi e giudizi non me ne può fregare un c***o!

I wish to take a moment to tell my friends and customers that, following
disagreements with my business partner over the future of I Due Barili I
am, for the moment, no longer associated with the Deli. As the major
shareholder he is insisting that the Deli changes its format and I did
not feel able to continue if it meant that I would have to compromise on
the preparation of the food and wine. My regulars will know that for me
the the food and wine are the soul of the Deli and I could not
compromise on them, so Mark and his partner have therefore taken over
full control of the business and will run it according to their own
standards.

I am, obviously, disappointed but I wish to thank all my loyal friends
and customers who have made running the deli such a wonderful
experience. I think the previous 6 months have shown that there is a
real desire in Billericay for a small piece of Italian sunshine (along
with the food and wine) and am hoping that I may be back sometime. I
still want to promote Italy, the Italian cuisine and the Italian
lifestyle, so if any of my loyal customers and friends wish to arrange
an Italian dinner party I would love to be given the opportunity to
assist. Should anyone wish to discuss this or anything else with me I
