From the edge of Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way to the bar here in Belfast!

Triple distilled, hand crafted and patiently matured in cask in Di**le, County Kerry.

We made the trip down last year and were made to feel right at home from the minute we arrived, so it’s great to have a little bit of Di**le behind the bar.

Independent, Irish and made by people who care about what goes into the glass.

Di**le Wh***ey, poured at The Garrick.

One week on… and we’re still absolutely buzzing

This time last Monday, the Fleadh might have been officially finished, but The Garrick had other ideas. The sessions kept going, the pints kept flowing and somehow the celebrations rolled on for one more night.

Looking back now, it feels like that week left its mark on the bar in a way that will last for a long time. The positivity that has flowed through this week not only here but the entire community is incredible!

From packed trad sessions and dancing to the Fleadh Garden in full swing, frozen Irish coffees flying out, familiar faces behind the bar and visitors from all over the world squeezing in for a tune and a pint… it was one of those weeks you just know you’ll be talking about for years.

And because we clearly don’t know when to stop…

Fleadh 2027 planning has already started. 👀

Bigger again next year? Sure, why not. 🎻🍻

Well… Three days on and we’re still reeling🍀🎶

Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann was some week in the Garrick.

Open sessions, irish dancing, plenty of food, tunes from Simple Things, two nights with the brilliant County Cork Pipes & Drums and the debut of our frozen irish coffees with ❄️

Not to mention what felt like countless nights of craic in the Garrick Fleadh Garden!

The place was absolutely buzzing from start to finish and it was class seeing so many familiar faces, new faces, musicians, dancers and visitors all making themselves at home.

Big thanks to everyone who played, danced, poured, posted, snapped 📸 , cooked, served, sang, drank and generally helped make the week what it was. Literally bursting with pride 🥹

and to everyone who came through the doors… go raibh maith agaibh ❤️

same again next year? sure why not. 🎶

This man deserves a huge round of applause. Austin Guy has been our Guinness rep for 20 years (I even went to school with him many years ago)

Without his hard work behind the scenes in the last year the Fleadh in Belfast would not have been the success it has been.

Serious amount of planning for logistics to make this run smoothly is down to this fella.

He’s that dedicated he even forgot his wedding anniversary on Friday!

Night two with County Cork Pipes & Drums was without doubt one of the highlights of the week. Take a look at what it was like to be in the thick of it!! 🥁

A massive thank you to the band for spending such a big part of their Fleadh with us and bringing so much vibrance to the Garrick Fleadh Garden

Safe travels home, lads. Grateful for the time you spent with us 🙌
