What a night at Titanic Belfast 🤩

Last night we had the pleasure of being invited along to the BBC Food and Farming Awards, which were held in Northern Ireland for the very first time. A fantastic evening celebrating the farmers, producers and people doing incredible things across the food and farming industry.

We were delighted to be there sampling our new Longbridge Drinks Co Belfast Sodas to guests as they arrived, and the feedback we received was just brilliant.❤️

A special thank you to Food NI for including our drinks on the evening menu. Our Longbridge Raspberry & Rose Soda was paired with Shortcross Gin, alongside a non alcoholic alternative featuring our Irish Sisters Lavender Cordial with sparkling water.
We were absolutely delighted to be part of it.🙌🏻

The dinner was something else entirely. A beautiful menu showcasing local produce from start to finish, with every course absolutely delicious.😘

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making it such a wonderful evening, and congratulations to all the winners and shortlisted finalists.

An absolute pleasure to have been part of such a special night celebrating the very best of our food and farming industry. ☘️

Feeling very proud to be featured in The Irish Times, talking about something that means so much to us, Blas na hÉireann! ☘️

It was a real privilege to share just how important these awards are to small food and drink producers right across the island of Ireland. We know firsthand how much the recognition, encouragement, friendships and opportunities can mean when you’re putting your heart and soul into what you do.

🇩🇪 A wee taste of Belfast heading to Germany!

Our Traditional Clove Cordial is getting packed up and ready to make its annual trip to Germany for one of our lovely customers.

We love that our drinks, handmade in small batches here in Belfast, are being enjoyed a little further afield. Even better when customers come back year after year for their favourites. ❤️

There is something quite special about knowing a little bottle of nostalgia has become part of someone’s yearly tradition.

Germany, your clove cordial is on its way! 🇩🇪📦

What a brilliant day at the Ireland Food Show yesterday! 🥤

Wayne was flying the flag for our three drinks brands, Papas Mineral Company, Longbridge Drinks Co and Irish Sisters , showcasing everything we make here in East Belfast.

The feedback was fantastic…with lots of genuine interest…some really promising conversations and plenty of potential new customers and stockists to follow up with!🤩

For a small family business like ours, getting our drinks in front of the right people is so important. It’s these opportunities that help us build relationships, open new doors and continue to grow.

Safe to say Wayne has a busy few weeks ahead following up on some exciting opportunities! 👀

Well, we reckon we have found a cracking wee combination for the colder evenings! 🥃🍂

Our Papa’s Traditional Dark Clove Cordial paired with Paula McIntyre’ sgorgeous rum. Two local drinks bringing some seriously good flavours together.

Paula’s rum is infused with locally picked blackberries, Irish honey and gorse, giving it a lovely fruity warmth that we reckon works beautifully with the rich, warming spice of our handcrafted Dark Clove Cordial.

Fancy giving it a go? 🥃

Fill a short glass with ice, add 50ml of Paula’s rum, 25ml of our Dark Clove Cordial and a splash of soda water. Give it a gentle stir and finish with a slice of orange.

A lovely wee autumn cocktail, and a good excuse to put your feet up at the weekend.🧡

We have been making our Dark Clove Cordial in small batches here in Belfast for years, and we love finding new ways to enjoy this old favourite.

We have been a wee bit quiet on here lately…but there has been plenty going on behind the scenes in East Belfast! 📦

We are gearing up for our busiest time of the year, and that means plenty of small batches being made, bottled and packed by our brilliant team.🙌🏻

Our winter favourites are keeping us especially busy.

Ginger cordial, Spiced Winterberry and of course our good old Traditional Dark Clove Cordial.

Nothing quite beats a warming cup of one of these when the colder weather sets in. 🍂☕️

We have also been busy welcoming some lovely new stockists, so keep an eye out for a few announcements coming soon!
